The diagram gives information about the stages that corn go through to produce a fuel called ethanol. The entire production takes nine steps to complete.
In the first stage, the corn from the farms is transferred to a storage area, then it is time for milling. After that is done, water is added to the whole thing and it undergoes cooking for about 4 hours.
Furthermore, the obtained product is allowed to undergo fermentation for nearly two days. In the following step, the process of separation begins, that includes the extraction of solid by-product from the ethanol in liquid form. The ethanol at this point of the process is in a need for purification before its storage, so it is moved to a purifying panel for about 5 hours. Now it is time to store the derived pure ethanol. The entire process culminates with its transportation to the designated clients.
