Dear Sir,
My name is Rainy and recently, I have moved to your house A153 on Green Street with my family. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about some of the old and obsolete furniture in the house.
Firstly, unlike your advertisement from the housing company, the television here is not working at all, it is just preserving a corner and collecting dust. Moreover, the description said that the department will be equipped with an available air conditioner and the refrigerator but the truth turns out "No". In addition to that, the bed was advertised: "A queen-size bed " but here we have got just a single bed instead. Last but not least, all the wood stuff in this department has been rotted and apparently, they are all unable to use.
I am hoping to see you soon in order to discuss and solve all these problems as soon as possible or my family will have to get this apartment changed .
