You have a full-time job and also doing a part-time evening course. You now find that you cannot continue the course.
Write a letter to the course tutor. In your letter,
- describe the situation
- explain why you cannot continue at this time
- say what action you would like to take
Dear Mr. Simen,
I would like to inform you that I am not able to continue my "French language learning" course since I am working with Divine Decors as a full-time employee. It has become difficult for me to pursue my course further.
I have been assigned a new project to work for a period of two months that requires three to four hours of field work every day. Apart from this, I have to do my office work simultaneously, in order to maintain records of daily sales and pending orders. So the travelling and office work makes me exhausted both physically and mentally. As soon as I reach institute in evening, I miss initial topic of the course.
I would like to continue at a later date which is after two months, if that is something the course facilitates. I really enjoy the learning and will like to complete the entire course in the near future.
Thank you for providing the learning experience, I will be blessed to have been able to finish it and will always cherish each lesson learned.
