Negatives of Tourism:

• Tourists  cause the over-exploitation of natural resources ( so renewable sources of energy like solar energy should be promoted).
• Establishment of new tourist spots can lead to extinction of natural habitats for several living species and even cause harm to wildlife and plant species.
• Tourism creates pollution and encourages more rubbish production.
• Tourism is a burden on local resources too.
• Local traditions and cultures may be endangered or are more likely to be lost.
• The price of goods, services and housing may increase significantly.
