The tables show how sales of  fairtrade coffee and banana experienced changes in five countries in year 1999 compared to 20004.

It can be seen that in 1999, Switzerland had the most significant coffee sales, accounting to 3 million euros, and it got doubled in 2004. The figures for the UK were originally half than that for Switzerland (1.5million euros) whilst sales in Denmark were slightly higher (1.8million euros)in year 1999. By year 2004 Switzerland's sales rose  drastically to 20million euros, however, the latter remained relatively stable. There was a  little difference between the figures for Belgium (1million euros) and Sweden (0.8million euros), and both experienced considerable surge to 1.7million euros and 1million euros, respectively.

UK had the highest banana sales in both years, as they rose over threefold from 15 million euros to 47million euros. Swiss sales were originally almost twice as high as those of Denmark (1 million euros and 0.6million euros, successively), and both climbed, reaching 5.5million euros and 4million euros. There was little difference between the figures for Sweden and Belgium (2million euros and 1.8million euros, sequentially), and both nearly halved to reach about 1 million euros in 2004.

Overall, coffee sales went up in all countries, with the UK experiencing the dramatic change. however, banana sales  can be seen growing in all countries except Belgium and Sweeden.
