It has been widely observed that post-pregnancy females tend to suffer from depression, one of the reasons is change in their lifestyle. The act of introduction for parenting will not only benefit the future generations but also they themselves will become more mature and responsible with their own future. This will also teach young people empathy and patience as parenting requires both. It is another key skill that is needed. Furthermore, we have also witnessed that parents with drug or alcohol addictions tend to ruin the childhood of their children. This results in traumatic childhood memories which can later develop into serious mental illnesses such as depression. This is an effort to avoid all of that.
